The driver and/or the camper van tenant must have a valid B – category driving license (for vehicles weighing up to 3.5t), at least five years of driving experience, be at least of the age of 23 years, have a valid personal document and a valid credit card with a security limit.
COMPULSORY SUPPLEMENTS
Vignettes for Slovenian motorways are included in the price, though there is a mandatory surcharge of 135 euro. The mandatory surcharge includes: chemicals for the chemical toilet, 1 x full gas cylinder, a full tank of water. Outside and internal cleaning are also not included in the basic rental price. Emptying the toilet cassette and the waste water tank are also additionally surcharged.
INSURANCE and DEPOSIT
A insurance depozit in the amount of 1.000 – 1.500 euros is settled with one of the payment cards (Visa, Master, Diners). On the return day and when no damage is detected, the deposit is returned to the credit card account.
EMPTYING OF TOILET CASSETTE
In case you do not empty the toilet cassettes yourself, we are obliged to charge you an additional € 100 for emptying it.

The camper van is to be retured fully refuelled. In the event that the tenant fails to do so, he is charged an additional 50 euros plus the cost to fill the tank to full capacity.
TERM OF PAYMENT
When signing the contract 30% of the total rental price is to be paid as deposit. When cancellation of the term is given 3 weeks or less before the rental date the paid amoint is not refundable.

DELAY ON RETURN
In case the camper van is returned with a delay up to 1 (one) hour there is an additional surcharge of 50 euros. Further delay is surcharged 100 euros per delay hour. The camper van should be returned up to 9,00 am of the return date.
- check traffic regulations and restrictions on the route and in your target region / country,
- check the restrictions / regulations when entering individual countries / regions (necessary documents for passengers, vehicle, animals, restrictions on cash allowance, letter of guarantee, visas, etc.), check customs restrictions and regulations,
- check the relevance and validity of the personal documents of all persons who travel with you
- for everybody traveling arrange additional health insurance and assistance for world countries (Elvia, Coris …)
- prepare documents for potential animal passengers (animal passport)
- plan and check fuel availability (price, availability, frequency of filling stations)
- have a travel plan (indicative). In particular, check the ferries, holidays days in the countries you intend to visit, etc
- have appropriate maps, atlases, a list of rest and camping sites
- update your navigation device and download the latest maps of areas you will be traveling to,
- do everything you need before leaving (settle the orders, trust your keys to a person of trust, if necessary close water, gas, etc..)
- check payment habits in the countries you are visiting
- take with you the essential medicines: painkillers, anti-diarrheal agents, nausea, vomiting, allergies, sunscreens, insect suppressants …
