COMPULSORY SUPPLEMENTS

Vignettes for Slovenian motorways are included in the price, though there is a mandatory surcharge of 135 euro. The mandatory surcharge includes: chemicals for the chemical toilet, 1 x full gas cylinder, a full tank of water. Outside and internal cleaning are also not included in the basic rental price. Emptying the toilet cassette and the waste water tank are also additionally surcharged.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

The driver or the camper van tenant must have a valid B – category driving license (for vehicles weighing up to 3.5t), at least five years of driving experience, be at least 23years old, have a valid personal document and a valid credit card with a security limit.

TERM OF PAYMENT

When signing the contract 30% of the total rental price is to be paid as deposit. When cancellation of the term is given 3 weeks or less before the rental date the paid amoint is not refundable.

INSURANCE and DEPOSIT

A insurance depozit in the amount of 750 euros is settled with one of the payment cards (Visa, Master, Diners). On the return day and when no damage is detected, the deposit is returned to the credit card account.

EMPTYING OF TOILET CASSETTE

In case you do not empty the toilet cassettes yourself, we are obliged to charge you an additional € 100 for emptying it.

IMPORTANT ON RETURN

The camper van is to be retured fully refuelled. In the event that the tenant fails to do so, he is charged an additional 50 euros plus the cost to fill the tank to full capacity.

DELAY ON RETURN

In case the camper van is returned with a delay up to 1 (one) hour there is an additional surcharge of 50 euros. Further delay is surcharged 100 euros per delay hour. The camper van should be returned up to 9,00 am of the return date.

EXCEEDANCE OF KM / DAY

It is permitted to drive 400 km / day, 2800 km / week. Overrun mileage is charged 0,30 € / km.

After checking select the appropriate model and the start and end date of your lease.

Upon receipt of your request, it will be checked whether the desired camper van is available at your scheduled time. In the event that the camper van is not previously rented an individual offer will be sent to you, valid for 3 days.

Upon acceptance and possible compliance to the offer, you will receive a pro forma invoice and terms of the lease, with the option of securing the risk of cancellation and any additional surcharges. After the mutual terms approval, a contract will be prepared, for which a deposit of 30% of the total rental value must be paid. After the entry into force of the contract, a pro forma invoice will be issued, which must be paid no later than three weeks before the date of the agreed rental.

Upon receipt of the payment a certificate of the payment will be issued, on the basis of which you will be able to pick up your camper van on the agreed day.

You pick up your camper van and return it to the headquarters of Avtocentar Martin Stipič s.p., Zaloška cesta 179, 1000 Ljubljana. At the time of renting, you can, at your own risk, leave your vehicle in our parking lot.

The camper van is picked up between 10 am and 3 pm. or by appointment, and must be returned by 9 am. At the time of the pick up of the camper van you will be explained the use and various technical details. The transfer takes about 1 hour. After signing the pick up record the keys and documents of the camper van are handed over to you.

The latest entry fee of EUR 15.00 and the security deposit must be paid at the time of the pick up. The amount of the security deposit depends on the type of the camper van (from EUR 1,000.00 to EUR 1,500.00). The security is paid by credit card Visa, Master card or Diners. The funds are blocked at the time of lease. Upon expiry of the lease and the return of the undamaged camper van, the security deposit shall be returned, provided that the conditions for its release are met. In case of damage to the camper van a reduced deposit sum shall be returned.

The rental price includes external and internal cleaning after the end of the rental time, with the exception of cleaning the toilet and the toilet cassette, which must be cleaned and emptied at the time of return. In the event that the camper van is returned with uncleaned toilet and a non-empty toilet cassete, a additional cleaning fee of EUR 100.00 will be surcharged. The rental price includes a full gas cylinder, toilet chemicals and a full water tank.

On special request and after prior announcement, you can rent bed linen (for all beds – 5,00 EUR / day) and a set of dishes and cutlery (for 6 persons – 7,00 EUR / day).

In case of exceeding the permitted mileage limit per day (400 km / day or 2800 km / week) a surcharge of 0.30 euros per km is asked in payment.

At time of the return of the camper van the fuel tank must be full. Missing fuel will and additional logistics cost in the amount of 25 EUR will be surcharged.

In the event of a delayed return of the camper van, each hour of delay will be surcharged EUR 50.00. For pick up and returning the camper van outside working hours (Sunday-holidays), each starting hour is charged EUR 100.00.

Camper vans are covered by comprehensive insurance, taking into account the deductible franchise provided by the insurance company – which is equal to the amount of the security. The security shall be withheld in full if the amount if the damage is higher than the amount of the security. In the event that the damage is less than the security, the security shall be retained in a proportional amount, in relation to the amount of the damage caused.

It is desirable to specify the route of travel in advance. Think carefully about what you will take on your trip and what you really need. Luggage is more conveniently folded into soft bags than in hard cases that take up a lot of space.

Individual countries have different rules on parking conditions. Get acquainted with them beforehand so as to avoid any inconvenienc along the way.

Camper vans have a standard refrigerator, cooker, sink, toilet, bathroom, garage box (bike, luggage), awning, chairs, table, optional bicycle holder, …

Accessories included in the rental:

• a vignette for Slovenian roads
• compulsory equipment (fire extinguisher, tire replacement kit, spare wheel, triangle, first aid, safety jacket)
• 1 x full gas cylinder
• flooring pads
• an electric cable with adapter for connection to 220V
• a water hose, bucket and broom.

The camper van dokuments include a list of authorized repairers and a telephone number of the person on duty who will try to help you in the event of a breakdown or failure or in case of any possible inconvenience (our assistance 24/7, + 386 51 611 615).

In the event of any inconvenience (place, burglary, traffic accidents …) during the trip, call the police immediately, fill out a European report, report the event and inform us immediately. Do not forget that you also need a copy of all documents: a record, a European report … and information about the persons involved. Take a picture of the event so that it is easier to claim an insurance claim.
